Cowon Launches S9 as an Alternative to iPod in India

With a stylish 3.3 inch AMOLED display, the Cowon’s PMP S9 is a serious alternative for iPod seekers, out there.

The Korean company Cowon has launched its personal media player S9 in India. The stylish gadget was first seen at IFA in Berlin. This new PMP features:

• A curved rear.
• Large capacitive touch screen.
• Impressive resolution of 480 x 272 pixel.
• Available in 4GB/8GB/16GB capacities.
• 500 Mhz dual core CPU.
• Features like T-DMB TV, Bluetooth, FM tuner, voice recorder, G sensor.
• 40 hour music playback capacity that too on a single battery charge.

The 32GB version of S9 will soon be coming out in market. The company has yet not disclosed the price of this highly featured music player.
