Canon has announced the launch of two new affordable digital cameras that add to the ever growing list of Canon’s ‘A Series’ of the PowerShot line of digital cameras and one new ultra-zoom digital camera to its SX-series of PowerShot line of ultra-zoom cameras. These new additions are:
- Canon PowerShot A1000 IS.
- Canon PowerShot A2000 IS.
- Canon PowerShot SX110 IS.
Canon PowerShot A1000 IS Digital Camera:
The all new Canon PowerShot A1000 IS Digital Camera is a 10 mega pixel digital camera, along with a 4x Optical Zoom lens, DIGIC III Image Processor. The A1000IS features a 2.5-inch LCD and optical viewfinder for convenient shooting. ‘Easy Mode’ and ‘Easy Playback Mode’ for peace of mind shooting and simplified operations. The Canon PowerShot A1000 IS digital camera will have a suggested selling price of approximately $200.
Canon PowerShot A2000 IS Digital Camera:
The all new Canon PowerShot A2000 IS Digital Camera is similar to the PowerShot A1000 IS in almost every aspect, except that, it features a 6x Optical Zoom lens, and a 3-inch LCD screen. Another useful feature of both A1000 IS and A2000 IS is the ‘Print/Share Button’ for easy direct printing and downloading, plus ID Photo Print and Movie Print with select PIXMA Photo Printers and SELPHY Compact Photo Printers. The Canon PowerShot A1000 IS digital camera will have a suggested selling price of approximately $250.
Canon PowerShot SX110 IS Digital Camera:
The Canon PowerShot SX110 IS Digital Camera is a 9 mega pixel camera, with DIGIC III Image Processor, 3-inch LCD screen and 10x Optical Zoom lens. Due to its sleek and stylish design, the new Cannon PowerShot SX110 IS Digital Camera can be easily taken anywhere you wish to. Print/Share Button for easy direct printing and downloading, plus ID Photo Print and Movie Print with select PIXMA Photo Printers and SELPHY Compact Photo Printers. One of the salient features of this camera is that can be equipped with AA batteries for power when you need it. The Canon PowerShot SX110 IS Digital Camera will have a suggested selling price of approximately $300.
