Acer has announced an offer on its entire range of Netbooks for Indian consumers in the festive season from Jan 9 – 20, 2009. In the period of special offer, the Aspire One netbook is available at Rs.14,499 and the fully loaded Windows XP home version of Aspire one is priced for Rs.16,499.
The Aspire One range of netbooks comes in five colors – Sapphire blue, brown, pink, white and black. Netbbooks weigh less than one kilo and have an LCD size of 8.9”. The ergonomically designed keyboard is 89% of the full-size keyboard and the netbook has battery life of up to 3 hours.
Aspire One range has latest Intel atom processor technology, Linpus Linux lite/ Windows XP home and 1GB RAM installed with up to 160 GB of hard disk drive.
