Nokia has continually focused on delivering improved customer service in India, after having released Nokia Money, it has now announced the launch of online NokiaShop in collaboration with Indiatimes.
Indiatimes will manage the back end of the website along side offering customer support services, while Nokia will take charge of supplying the stocks. With shopping trends increasingly tilting towards online shopping over the last few years, this seems to be a very smart step taken by Nokia. The NokiaShop offers all Nokia manufactured phones at discounted price. The delivery times varies from 3 to 10 days depending upon the location of the purchaser. The payment methods included are Credit cards, Debit cards, Internet banking, Paymate and Gift Certificates among others.
